Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you use dictation, your browser or device's speech service (such as Google or Apple) converts your speech to text under its own privacy terms. Taylor doesn't receive your audio.

Sprintlaw staff may review chats to answer quote requests, provide support, check quality and safety, and investigate misuse. When you ask for a quote, your brief, contact details and any documents you shared go to Sprintlaw's legal team and our customer systems.
We also share information with service providers who help us run Taylor (such as hosting, AI, email, analytics and customer management providers), and where the law requires it.
